This site was primarily created to support courses in African American Literature offered by the Department of English at Southern Connecticut State University. Although it is meant to be a comprehensive guide to African American Literature resources available in Buley Library and lists books, periodicals, databases and key web sites, I hope it will be a useful resource to anyone interested in African American Literature.
